Forward Deployed Full-Stack Engineer Venora is hiring its first full-time engineer to build and deploy software for real businesses. Venora is a software company that builds web and mobile systems for businesses. Our first client is an accounting and advisory office in Egypt, with additional client projects to follow. This is a forward-deployed engineering role. You will work directly with the founder and clients to understand business workflows, turn them into software, build the system, and deploy it into production. You will work in person with the founder at our office in Obour City. What you will do Build and maintain web applications for business clients, starting with an accounting-office management system. Work directly with the founder and clients to understand workflows, requirements and business rules. Turn business requirements into reliable, maintainable software. Build interfaces using React and TypeScript with PostgreSQL/Supabase. Design and integrate APIs and third-party services. Implement authentication, permissions, access control and secure data handling. Deploy applications and manage production environments. Troubleshoot production issues and take ownership of fixes. Write automated tests, especially for financial calculations and business-critical logic. Build Arabic/English interfaces, including proper RTL support. Document systems and decisions so another engineer can understand and maintain the code. Help estimate features, break projects into phases and deliver them with the founder.
