Participate in coordination meetings and ensure timely closure of agreed actions. Support the delivery of coordination drawings and federated BIM models. Planning, Reporting & Risk Management: Track deliverables against project schedules, dependencies, and submission targets. Prepare progress reports, issue logs, and risk summaries. Escalate risks related to delayed inputs, design gaps, repeated comments, or schedule constraints. Recommend corrective actions to minimize delays, rework, and cost impacts. Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with project stakeholders to resolve technical and coordination issues. Support preparation of technical responses, clarifications, and comment resolutions. Ensure all communications and changes follow approved project procedures. Provide management with concise status updates, key risks, and recommendations.
