Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, carriers, and other relevant parties. Follow up on customs clearance procedures and ensure shipments progress according to schedule. Ensure all required shipping and customs documentation is complete and accurate. Monitor shipment status and proactively follow up on delays or issues. Support the clearance process and coordinate the movement of goods until they are received at the warehouse. Ensure shipping activities comply with applicable Egyptian customs, import/export, and shipping regulations. Maintain accurate shipment records, trackers, and reports. Prepare and update shipping-related reports using Excel. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment execution. What You’ll Need To Succeed Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in shipping/logistics operations, specifically within import/export and customs clearance in Egypt. Hands-on experience with Egyptian import/export procedures and customs regulations. Strong understanding of the end-to-end shipping and clearance process, from shipment initiation through final delivery to the warehouse.
