Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lifeguard role based in Ain Sokhna. The Lifeguard is responsible for monitoring swimming areas, ensuring guest safety, and enforcing pool and beach rules. Daily tasks include supervising swimmers, preventing accidents, responding to emergencies, and providing first aid or CPR when needed. The role also involves inspecting safety equipment, maintaining a clean and orderly poolside environment, and communicating clearly with guests about safety guidelines. The Lifeguard will collaborate with property staff to support a secure and enjoyable leisure experience for all guests.
Qualifications
Strong swimming ability and experience supervising pools or open water areas.
Current lifeguard certification and up-to-date CPR and first aid qualifications.
Knowledge of water safety protocols, emergency response procedures, and rescue techniques.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and colleagues.
Ability to remain alert, calm, and decisive under pressure, with strong attention to detail.
Physical fitness sufficient for performing rescues and standing or patrolling for extended periods.
Previous experience in hospitality, resort, or property management settings is an advantage.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by guest occupancy and operations.
