About The Role We are looking for an experienced HR & Legal Operations Specialist with a strong legal background to manage and strengthen our HR operations, employee relations, recruitment processes, and employment-related compliance. Key Responsibilities Human Resources & Personnel Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment documentation, contract renewals, transfers, promotions, disciplinary actions, and offboarding.
