Position Overview The Senior Graphic Designer will lead the creative development of visual materials for events, productions, and client campaigns. Key Responsibilities Develop creative concepts and visual designs for events, branding, stage layouts, activations, and production materials. Create a wide range of assets, including event branding, social media graphics, print materials, digital campaigns, and presentation decks. Collaborate with account managers, production teams, and clients to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives. Lead the design process from concept to final delivery, ensuring all work meets quality standards and deadlines. Supervise and mentor junior designers, providing feedback and guidance. Prepare production-ready files and coordinate with printers, fabricators, and other vendors. Stay updated on design trends, event branding innovations, and production techniques. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field. 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in events, marketing, or production industries. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects is a plus). Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and color theory. Experience in creating designs for both print and digital formats. Knowledge of event production requirements, including large-format printing, stage branding, and 3D visualization, is a plus.
