Job Description Communications and Correspondence Management: Manage all incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the Plant Manager, including email, and phone calls. Screen and priorities requests to ensure the Plant Manager receives critical information efficiently and stakeholder inquiries are addressed promptly. Meeting Preparation, Documentation, and Follow-up: Provide full support for the Plant Manager's meetings, including agenda development, minute-taking, action item tracking, and ensuring appropriate follow-up on decisions and assigned tasks to maintain operational momentum. 5S Compliance and Continuous Improvement Support: Assist the Plant Manager in ensuring adherence to 5S rules (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) and conduct periodic 5S audits in collaboration with the Plant Manager to maintain workplace organization and operational excellence. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
