Role Description The Primary Fresh & Resale Agents role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Cairo. The agent will handle client inquiries, conduct property viewings, and guide clients through buying, selling, and renting primary and resale properties. Daily tasks include maintaining updated property listings, following up with leads, preparing basic documentation, and coordinating with other team members to ensure smooth transactions. The agent will build and manage a client portfolio, provide market insights, and support customers in making informed real estate decisions. Qualifications Strong client-facing skills, including communication, negotiation, and relationship-building. Basic knowledge of real estate market dynamics, especially in New Cairo and surrounding areas. Ability to manage multiple property listings, organize site visits, and follow up with prospective clients. Comfort with using digital tools and platforms for listing management, lead tracking, and communication. High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to providing a safe and trustworthy customer experience. Ability to work on-site full time, with flexibility for evenings or weekends as needed. Previous experience in real estate sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Job Responsibilities: * Conduct market and competitor research across Amazon, e-commerce marketplaces, and social media to identify product opportunities and market trends. * Analyze customer reviews and return data to identify product improvements and customer needs. * Develop product concepts and prepare detailed product specifications, including materials, dimensions, colors, finishes, and target prices. * Evaluate product costs, Amazon fees, shipping expenses, and profit margins using Microsoft Excel. * Collaborate with the sourcing team on sample development, prototyping, and quality reviews. * Conduct product durability and transit testing, especially for fragile glassware and decorative items. * Monitor home décor and seasonal trends, including Ramadan, fall/winter holidays, and wedding décor. * Maintain R&D trackers and dashboards to monitor product development timelines, test results, and launch performance. Job Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Industrial Design, Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field. * 3+ years of experience in product research, R&D analysis, or product development, preferably in e-commerce, consumer goods, home décor, or lifestyle brands. * Strong knowledge of e-commerce research tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, or Amazon Brand Analytics. * Experience identifying product opportunities and improving products based on customer feedback and market data. * Good understanding of product materials and manufacturing feasibility, especially glass, metal, wood, ceramics, and textiles. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including cost analysis, pricing, and profit margin calculations. * Strong analytical skills, creativity, and awareness of interior design and seasonal décor trends. * Professional fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic. * Ability to manage projects independently and work effectively in a fully remote environment.
