Role Description The I.T Card Management Sys role is a full-time, on-site position based in Egypt. The role focuses on managing, maintaining, and enhancing the bank’s card management systems to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient operations for debit, credit, and prepaid cards. Daily tasks include monitoring system performance, resolving technical issues, coordinating with business and operations teams, and ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards. The role also involves participating in system upgrades, testing new features, documenting processes, and supporting incident and problem management. Collaboration with internal stakeholders and vendors is essential to maintain service quality and support ongoing improvements. Qualifications Strong knowledge of card management systems, including card issuance, transaction processing, and lifecycle management. Experience with core banking systems, payment networks, and integration between card platforms and other banking applications. Understanding of information security principles, data protection, and regulatory requirements related to card operations. Ability to analyze system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective technical solutions. Proficiency in database concepts, basic SQL, and familiarity with system logs and monitoring tools. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with technical teams, business units, and external vendors. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Prior experience in banking, payments, or financial services technology is an advantage.
