مطلوب IT Systems Integration Specialist أخصائي تكامل وربط الأنظمة التقنية مكان العمل: مدينة نصر – القاهرة نظام العمل: من مقر الشركة مجال الشركة: السياحة والسفر تعلن شركة سياحة عن حاجتها إلى أخصائي تكامل وربط أنظمة تقنية (IT Systems Integration Specialist)، لديه خبرة عملية في ربط الأنظمة والتطبيقات المختلفة، بهدف تحسين تدفق البيانات وتطوير كفاءة العمليات الداخلية للشركة. يُشترط أن يمتلك المرشح القدرة على تحليل الأنظمة الحالية، وفهم احتياجات العمل، وتحديد أنسب الحلول التقنية لربط الأنظمة المالية والمخازن وإدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM)، بما يضمن تكامل البيانات وسلاسة الإجراءات التشغيلية. المهام والمسؤوليات دراسة الأنظمة والتطبيقات المستخدمة بالشركة وتحديد احتياجات الربط والتكامل بينها. تصميم وتنفيذ وصيانة عمليات الربط بين الأنظمة المالية، ونظام إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM)، وغيرها من الأنظمة الداخلية. تقييم واختيار أنسب الحلول التقنية لربط الأنظمة، سواء من خلال واجهات برمجة التطبيقات (APIs)، أو أدوات الربط الوسيطة (Middleware)، أو غيرها من الحلول المناسبة. ضمان دقة البيانات وتزامنها واتساقها بين الأنظمة المختلفة. اكتشاف مشكلات التكامل التقني وتحليل أسبابها والعمل على حلها. التنسيق مع الإدارة والإدارات المعنية لفهم احتياجات العمل وتحويلها إلى حلول تقنية عملية. توثيق عمليات الربط والإعدادات التقنية والإجراءات المرتبطة بها. تحديد فرص أتمتة الإجراءات وتحسين كفاءة العمل من خلال تطوير التكامل بين الأنظمة. الشروط والمتطلبات خبرة عملية مثبتة في مجال تكامل وربط الأنظمة التقنية (Systems Integration). معرفة عملية بأنظمة الحسابات وإدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM). الإلمام بواجهات برمجة التطبيقات (APIs)، وخدمات الويب (Web Services)، وقواعد البيانات، وطرق تبادل البيانات. القدرة على تحليل إجراءات العمل وتحديد الحل التقني الأنسب وفقًا لاحتياجات الشركة. مهارات قوية في التحليل وحل المشكلات واكتشاف الأخطاء التقنية. القدرة على العمل باستقلالية وتنفيذ مهام الربط والتنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية ومزودي الأنظمة الخارجيين. يُفضّل وجود خبرة سابقة في شركات السياحة والسفر. خبرة في ربط أنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP) بالأنظمة المالية وCRM. خبرة في أتمتة إجراءات العمل وتحسين العمليات التشغيلية. ملحوظة مهمة: الوظيفة تتطلب خبرة عملية في ربط الأنظمة وتكاملها؛ لذلك لا تُعد خبرة الدعم الفني التقليدي أو صيانة الأجهزة أو إدارة الشبكات وحدها كافية لشغل الوظيفة.

About the job: We are looking for a Senior Project Manager experienced in implementing Banking / LOS projects in financial institutions. Ideal candidates must have multiple project experiences along with software development experience in banks and with more than 12 years of experience. What You Will Be Doing: Manage end-to-end implementation projects for retail and commercial banking, ensuring solutions meet client needs and business objectives. Oversee system implementations and integrations, including ProLender, core banking systems, and third-party solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for both retail and commercial banking projects. Lead cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, testers, and vendors, to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. Monitor and manage project timelines, risks, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including AML, CRA forms, and other industry and geo-specific standards. Address production issues, coordinate enhancements, and ensure post-go-live support. Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and adoption of best practices. Ensure adherence to project governance, compliance, and quality standards throughout the delivery process. Provide regular updates to senior leadership and clients on project progress, milestones, and KPIs. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the project team. What We Are Looking For: At least 12 years of proven experience as a Project Manager delivering LOS and Digital Banking product implementation projects for banking clients. Hands-on experience managing retail and commercial banking projects. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid). Demonstrated ability to manage integrations with systems such as core banking, CRM, and third-party services. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to handle complex projects. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Experience with tools like MS Project, Devops. PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certifications are a plus. Applicants must be capable of working with international clients (e.g., those based in Canada, Europe, and Australia) and should be flexible in managing their work hours to accommodate remote meetings with clients or on-site teams.
