The successful candidate will be responsible for managing air export shipments from booking to final delivery, ensuring compliance with airline regulations and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage international air export shipments. Prepare and review export documentation (AWB, invoices, packing lists, etc.). Communicate with airlines, agents, and customers to ensure smooth shipment movement. Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers. Ensure compliance with customs and international shipping regulations. Resolve operational issues and maintain high customer service standards. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient shipment handling. Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred. 1-3 years of experience in Air Freight / Air Export Operations.
