About Us The Grand Terrace Pyramids Hotel is a new luxury boutique hotel in Nazlet El Samman, directly in front of the Giza Pyramids and the Great Sphinx. With just 25 elegantly designed rooms, including Pyramids-view rooms and our signature Grand Terrace rooms with private terraces, we offer guests an intimate, personal stay at one of the most iconic addresses in the world. We are building our founding team ahead of opening and are looking for a warm, polished Front Office Receptionist to be the first face our guests meet. The Role As Front Office Receptionist, you will deliver a seamless, personalized luxury experience from arrival to departure. In a boutique hotel, every guest is known by name, and you will play a key part in making that happen. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests and handle check-in and check-out smoothly and professionally Manage reservations, room assignments and guest requests through the PMS Respond to guests by phone, email, WhatsApp and in person Arrange tours, transfers, restaurant bookings and special requests in coordination with our guest relations team Handle billing, payments and cash procedures accurately Follow up on guest feedback and resolve concerns quickly and courteously Coordinate daily with housekeeping, F&B and management Help prepare OTA and direct bookings and keep guest profiles up to date Keep the lobby and front desk immaculate and welcoming at all times Requirements 1–3 years of front office experience in a hotel.
