Job Purpose The Fit-Out Project Manager is responsible for leading, coordinating, and delivering fit-out projects within the commercial and banking sectors. This role requires direct engagement with clients, key stakeholders, design consultants, tenants, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and compliance standards. The Project Manager will oversee all stages of the project lifecycle from initiation and design coordination through construction, handover, and operational readiness. What You Will Be Doing Plan and oversee project management activities in an effective manner. Monitoring and control projects budgets and margins, and ensure revenue protection, and implement projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. Prepare, monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. Prepare estimate and RFP construction scoping documents for issuing to supply chain at estimation stages, after maintaining required approvals. Chair projects weekly meetings, preparing MOMs and relevant project documents. Report all projects to HOP on a weekly basis. Prepare project schedules. Prepare regular HSE site reports. Ensure that all project activities from design to deployment are performed within the allotted schedules. Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress. What You Will Bring Bachelor's degree in engineering, with 5-8 years’ experience in project management of fit-out projects or Interior Design experience, ideally client side or with a PMC. Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, taxation, import/export documentation, and statutory compliance for our Egypt operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Egyptian accounting and tax regulations, along with experience in import/export and logistics-related financial processes. Key Responsibilities Accounting & Finance Maintain day-to-day accounting records, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses, and journal entries. Prepare bank, supplier, customer, and intercompany reconciliations. Manage accounts payable and receivable, monitor collections, and assist in monthly and year-end financial closing. Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate accounting records. Import, Export & Shipping Accounting Review and maintain import/export and shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, airway bills, customs declarations, and related documents. Coordinate with logistics teams, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and clearing agents to ensure timely shipment processing. Record and verify landed costs, including product cost, freight, customs duties, clearance charges, insurance, and other logistics expenses. Maintain shipment-wise costing and ensure proper accounting of import/export transactions. Ensure compliance with Egyptian import/export regulations and documentation requirements.
