Job Purpose The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of assigned projects from initiation through completion and handover. The role requires strong project management, stakeholder management, commercial, contractual, programme, risk, and governance capabilities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Project Manager will act as the primary point of coordination between the Client, consultants, contractors, FM teams, and other project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, decision-making, and delivery throughout the project lifecycle. What You Will Be Doing Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with approved objectives, programme, budget, quality and HSE requirements. Develop and implement the project management strategy, execution plan and delivery approach throughout the project lifecycle. Lead and coordinate the project team, consultants, contractors and key stakeholders to ensure effective and timely project delivery. Monitor project progress against the approved programme, budget and key milestones, identifying risks, delays and areas requiring corrective action. Manage project schedules, including review of contractor programmes, critical path activities, dependencies and recovery plans. Manage project budgets and cost performance, including forecasting, cost reporting, commitments, variations and change control. Manage project changes, variations, claims and potential extensions of time, ensuring impacts on cost, programme and project objectives are properly assessed and controlled. Coordinate procurement activities, consultant appointments, contractor engagement and mobilisation to support the project delivery programme. Ensure effective coordination between design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning and handover activities. Manage contractors and consultants, monitor performance against contractual obligations and ensure timely resolution of project issues. Work closely with Procurement, Contracts and Commercial teams to manage procurement, contractual and commercial matters throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain and actively manage the project risk and issue registers, ensuring appropriate mitigation and escalation of key risks. Lead project meetings and governance forums, ensuring clear communication, effective decision-making and timely close-out of actions. Prepare and maintain accurate project reports covering programme, cost, risk, procurement, HSE, quality and overall project performance. Maintain effective communication with Client stakeholders and provide timely escalation of significant risks, delays, commercial issues and decisions requiring management attention. Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, quality and HSE requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Lead the project through completion, testing, commissioning, handover and close-out, ensuring all outstanding matters are properly resolved. Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes, standards and delivery practices. What you will bring Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Civil, Architectural, MEP Engineering or a related field. PMP certification is preferred. 8-12 years of relevant project management experience, including proven experience managing medium to large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects. Strong experience in project delivery, planning, execution and stakeholder management across the full project lifecycle. Experience in Banking / Corporate / Commercial, infrastructure, fit-out, refurbishment, MEP or high-value capital projects. Good knowledge of Egyptian construction laws, building codes, HSE requirements and relevant regulatory and compliance standards. Proven ability to manage project budgets, programmes, risks, contractors, consultants and complex project interfaces. Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, variations, claims, change control and commercial management. Proficiency in project management and planning tools, including Primavera P6 or MS Project, with strong MS Office and reporting capabilities. Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams and manage complex stakeholder environments.
