About the Job
We are hiring an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead ERP projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. If you're passionate about technology, problem-solving, and delivering impactful solutions, we'd love to have you on board!
📍 Location: Nasr City, Cairo
🕒 Working Hours: 8 hours
🗓 Working Days: 5 days/week

What should you do?
Project Planning & Delivery
• Lead and manage multiple SaaS projects from initiation and requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch support.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, resource allocation plans, and delivery schedules.
• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within the agreed scope and budget, while maintaining high-quality standards.
Team Leadership & Coordination
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Assign tasks, monitor team progress, and ensure efficient resource utilization across multiple projects.
• Identify project bottlenecks, resolve blockers, and ensure smooth collaboration between technical and non-technical teams.
• Mentor junior project managers and support the continuous improvement of project management practices.
Client & Stakeholder Management
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct project kickoff meetings, regular status updates, and stakeholder review sessions.
• Translate client business needs into clear project requirements and actionable deliverables.
• Manage client expectations, address concerns, and handle escalations professionally.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Scope, Budget & Risk Management
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource consumption to maintain delivery efficiency and profitability.
• Manage scope changes, evaluate change requests, and communicate their impact on project costs and timelines.
• Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and potential delays, and develop effective mitigation plans.
• Track project performance and take corrective actions whenever necessary.
Product & Technical Delivery
• Coordinate ERP product implementations, configurations, integrations, and deployments.
• Work closely with technical teams to understand system requirements, integration dependencies, and technical limitations.
• Oversee testing, User Acceptance Testing , release readiness, and production deployment activities.
• Ensure smooth client onboarding, product adoption, and handover to customer success or support teams.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to prioritize requirements, manage release dependencies, and ensure successful delivery.
Reporting & Process Improvement
• Prepare regular project status reports covering progress, milestones, risks, budgets, and team performance.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, risk logs, and change requests.
• Establish and monitor project KPIs to evaluate delivery performance and client satisfaction.
• Apply Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies according to project needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, team productivity, and overall project quality.
What do we need from you?
Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in software project management, including significant hands-on experience managing projects.
• Proven experience delivering multiple software or ERP projects simultaneously.
• Strong experience managing cross-functional technical teams and client-facing projects.
Certifications:
• PMP or equivalent certification is a strong plus.
Skills:
• Strong understanding of the ERP business model, software development lifecycle, and cloud-based solutions.
• Good technical understanding of APIs, system integrations, software releases, and deployment processes.
• Strong leadership, team coordination, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, tight deadlines, and multiple projects effectively.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
