Job Responsibilities: * Conduct market and competitor research across Amazon, e-commerce marketplaces, and social media to identify product opportunities and market trends. * Analyze customer reviews and return data to identify product improvements and customer needs. * Develop product concepts and prepare detailed product specifications, including materials, dimensions, colors, finishes, and target prices. * Evaluate product costs, Amazon fees, shipping expenses, and profit margins using Microsoft Excel. * Collaborate with the sourcing team on sample development, prototyping, and quality reviews. * Conduct product durability and transit testing, especially for fragile glassware and decorative items. * Monitor home décor and seasonal trends, including Ramadan, fall/winter holidays, and wedding décor. * Maintain R&D trackers and dashboards to monitor product development timelines, test results, and launch performance. Job Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Industrial Design, Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field. * 3+ years of experience in product research, R&D analysis, or product development, preferably in e-commerce, consumer goods, home décor, or lifestyle brands. * Strong knowledge of e-commerce research tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, or Amazon Brand Analytics. * Experience identifying product opportunities and improving products based on customer feedback and market data. * Good understanding of product materials and manufacturing feasibility, especially glass, metal, wood, ceramics, and textiles. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including cost analysis, pricing, and profit margin calculations. * Strong analytical skills, creativity, and awareness of interior design and seasonal décor trends. * Professional fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic. * Ability to manage projects independently and work effectively in a fully remote environment.
