Role Description The Sales Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, responsible for supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth execution of daily sales operations. This role includes processing customer orders, preparing quotations and invoices, maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales systems, and tracking sales activities and performance metrics. The Sales Administrator responds to customer inquiries, coordinates with internal departments to resolve issues, and ensures timely follow-up on leads and existing accounts. Daily tasks also involve preparing sales reports, updating databases, organizing sales documents, and assisting with scheduling meetings and presentations. The role requires consistent collaboration with sales representatives and management to support revenue growth and deliver a high standard of customer service. Qualifications Strong customer service skills and a client-focused mindset, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact clearly with customers and internal teams. Proficiency in order processing and basic sales support activities, including preparing quotations, invoices, and updating CRM or sales systems. Experience providing administrative assistance, including organizing documents, scheduling, data entry, and report preparation. Good organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Comfort with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace); experience with CRM tools is an advantage. Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Previous experience in sales administration, customer support, or a related administrative role is preferred.
