ORIGINAL JOB DESCRIPTION

About the Job

About The Role About Us Soar is a Saudi fintech startup that specializes in financing and investment. Headquartered in Saudi Arabia and growing throughout the region, Soar’s mission is to help people achieve their financial goals with innovative financial and property investment solutions and tools, delivered through a multi-purpose platform designed for a simple and seamless user experience. The Mission Real estate is one of the largest, slowest-to-change markets on earth. Trillions of dollars in transactions still run on fragmented data, manual workflows, and software that automates paperwork instead of doing the work. We believe that era is over. At Soar, we are building an agentic-first platform: products where AI agents don’t just assist people, they do the work (sourcing, analyzing, negotiating, coordinating, and closing), with humans setting direction and judgment. We are looking for a Product Manager to help build that platform. You will own features and workflows from discovery to launch, work side by side with engineers and designers, and learn fast in one of the most exciting product spaces today. This is not a role for someone who wants to write tickets. It is for a builder who wants to ship agentic products that real people depend on. What “agentic-first” means here Most companies are bolting a chatbot onto legacy software. We are doing the opposite: designing the product around autonomous and semi-autonomous agents as the primary way work gets done, with interfaces, data, and trust models built to match. As a Product Manager, you will apply this thesis in everything you ship: Agents as the core unit of the product, rather than features that wrap a model around old workflows. Outcomes over interfaces. The product should accomplish outcomes, not just surface information. Trust, transparency, and human-in-the-loop by design. Design for the moments where the agent acts on the user’s behalf, and where the human stays in control. Data and feedback as a moat. Build a learning loop where every transaction makes the next one smarter. What you’ll do Find the problem, then the solution. Dig into the problems behind the features you own, research them with users and data, and work out the right solution with your squad before shipping it and improving it over time. Turn problems into clear plans. Write sharp specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and keep priorities clear for your squad. Work closely with the team. Partner day to day with engineering and design to make trade-offs, unblock work, and ship on time. Get hands-on with AI. Experiment with models and agent tools, help write and test prompts, and track how well agents perform for users. Learn from data. Define success metrics, analyze usage, and use what you learn to decide what to build next. Move fast and own outcomes. Make decisions with incomplete information, learn from what doesn’t work, and keep improving. Stay obsessed with users. Talk to agents, brokers, buyers, sellers, and investors regularly. Turn the messy reality of real estate into products people love. Requirements Who you are A builder. You have 4+ years of product management experience (or strong experience in a related role such as engineering, design, or consulting, plus some time in product) and have helped ship products that real people used. Curious and resourceful. You think from first principles, ask good questions, and enjoy figuring things out without a playbook. Interested in applied AI. You’ve worked with LLMs or AI tools, in a job or on your own projects, and you’re eager to go deeper. Organized and reliable. You turn messy inputs into clear priorities and follow through on what you commit to. Hands-on. You’re comfortable getting into the details: specs, prototypes, prompts, data, and metrics. A great teammate. You build trust with engineers, designers, and stakeholders, and you take feedback well. Clear and fast. You move with urgency, communicate with clarity, and care more about impact than process. Bonus points Experience in fintech, marketplaces, real estate, or AI products. Startup experience. A technical background or comfort talking through how systems work with engineers. Side projects, prototypes, or experiments we can see and play with. Why this role You will join early, work on hard and meaningful problems, and grow quickly alongside an experienced product team. The market is enormous, the timing for agentic AI is now, and the upside, in impact and in equity, is real. If you want to help build products that change an entire industry, and you’re ready to move fast and learn faster, we should talk. Show more
