📢 WE ARE HIRING | QA ENGINEER Yes-Pac Packaging Solutions is looking for a QA Engineer to join our Quality team. 📍 Location: 6th of October – Industrial Area 💼 Experience: 1–3 years 🔹 Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Energy Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred. 1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or packaging environment. Good knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS). Experience with or good knowledge of relevant standards, including: ISO 9001 ISO 14001 ISO 45001 Sedex FSSC 22000 BRCGS Good understanding of internal audits, non-conformities, CAPA, and corrective/preventive actions. Knowledge of quality inspection and process control within manufacturing operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good reporting and documentation skills. English proficiency: B1 minimum. Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and specifications. Conduct quality inspections and follow up on quality requirements across production processes. Support internal and external audits and follow up on audit findings and corrective actions. Identify and investigate non-conformities and support the implementation of effective CAPA. Maintain and update quality-related documents, records, and reports. Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System. Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and other departments to identify and resolve quality issues. Monitor quality performance and prepare regular quality reports and KPIs. Ensure compliance with applicable ISO, FSSC, BRCGS, and customer requirements. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve product and process quality.
