Role Description The Sales Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. The person in this role will greet and engage customers, understand their hair care needs, and recommend suitable products and solutions aligned with The Hair Addict’s values. Daily tasks include providing product information, answering questions, processing sales transactions, and maintaining an organized, welcoming store environment. The Sales Advisor will also handle customer feedback, support promotional activities, and collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Qualifications Customer service and communication skills to engage clients, understand their needs, and provide clear, supportive guidance. Sales and negotiation skills to recommend products effectively, handle objections, and contribute to achieving sales goals. Basic product knowledge and interest in natural hair care, with a willingness to learn about The Hair Addict’s offerings and philosophy. Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple customers, maintain store displays, and complete tasks efficiently. Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. Key Responsibilities Receive and manage all leads generated through Stryve’s Social Media and Digital Channels. Contact leads promptly through phone calls and WhatsApp. Understand customer needs and qualify leads based on Stryve’s target customer profile. Explain Stryve’s products, services, and digital payment solutions clearly. Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally. Convert qualified leads into new customers. Follow up with customers throughout the registration and activation process. Re-engage leads who are not responsive or have not completed the required steps. Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information on the CRM/system. Record all calls, follow-ups, customer responses, and lead outcomes. Monitor each lead from the initial contact until conversion and activation. Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Activation, and Customer Service teams when required.
