Job Summary We are looking for a Senior Testing Engineer to join our QA team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the testing scope of complex features end-to-end, owning regression planning and test cycle management, driving automation efforts using Playwright and SHAFT Engine and actively coaching and mentoring junior and mid-level team members. You will collaborate closely with development, product and operations teams to ensure quality standards are met across every release cycle from UAT regression through production sign-off. The ideal candidate is technically strong, process-disciplined, and a natural team contributor who takes ownership of quality beyond their individual scope. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end testing for assigned features — including test planning, HLS writing, test case creation, execution, and sign-off. Define and review testing scope, coverage, and regression plans for assigned modules. Write, review, and maintain automation test scripts using Playwright and SHAFT Engine. Conduct API testing using Postman with full endpoint coverage. Solid hands-on experience in mobile testing across iOS and Android platforms. Own release cycles end-to-end from planning through UAT regression to production sign-off. Perform independent root cause analysis on production defects and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders. Manage Jira tasks, time logging, and Zephyr test cycles accurately and consistently. Coach and mentor junior and mid-level team members through structured feedback and regular 1:1s. Review and approve test cases and HLS documents produced by junior and mid-level engineers. Contribute to QA documentation, process standards and continuous improvement initiatives. Proactively flag risks, blockers, and coverage gaps before they impact delivery. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. 5 years of experience in software quality assurance with at least 1–2 years in a senior or lead QA role. Proven hands-on experience with test automation frameworks specifically Playwright and/or SHAFT Engine. Solid experience in API testing using Postman. Strong knowledge of mobile testing across iOS and Android platforms. Proficiency in test management tools:Jira and Zephyr. Experience owning and leading full release cycles in an agile environment. Demonstrated ability to write, review and maintain automation scripts independently. Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members. Strong understanding of QA processes, defect lifecycle and documentation standards.

Job Responsibilities • Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux servers and operating systems in development, testing, and production environments. • Design, implement, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to automate application builds, testing, deployments, and releases. • Manage containerized applications using Docker and support Kubernetes clusters, workloads, services, networking, and deployments. • Manage Git repositories, branching strategies, merge requests, version control, and Git-based deployment workflows. • Implement infrastructure and operational automation using Ansible and scripting languages such as Bash or Python. • Configure and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions to track infrastructure health, application performance, and resource utilization. • Implement centralized logging solutions to collect, analyze, and troubleshoot system, application, and container logs. • Support database operations, including backup and recovery, replication, performance monitoring, high availability, and troubleshooting. • Integrate security practices into CI/CD pipelines, including source-code analysis, dependency scanning, container image vulnerability scanning, and security checks. • Manage container image registries, image versioning, access controls, and secure image distribution. • Apply DevSecOps practices to improve infrastructure security, access management, secrets handling, and configuration compliance. • Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, deployment, and application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive measures. • Support release management, deployment validation, rollback procedures, patching, upgrades, and production incident resolution. • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, database, and security teams to improve system reliability, availability, and operational efficiency. • Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, deployment guides, and incident reports. Job Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Linux administration, system administration, or infrastructure automation. • Strong understanding of Linux operating systems, system services, process management, permissions, storage, and troubleshooting. • Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, container lifecycle management, and application deployments. • Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or equivalent tools. • Good understanding of Git, repository management, branching strategies, and collaborative development workflows. • Experience with monitoring, centralized logging, alerting, and troubleshooting production environments. • Working knowledge of databases, backup and recovery, replication, and high availability concepts. • Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, proxies, load balancing, and SSL/TLS. • Familiarity with security best practices and integrating automated security checks into software delivery workflows. • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
