We Are Hiring Fresh Graduate Quality Control Inspector Premier UPVC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team in Badr City. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh Engineering graduates who are eager to start their careers, gain practical experience, and develop their skills in a professional manufacturing environment. - مدير انتاج منوط به إدارة المصنع ومتابعة الجوانب الفنية مثل البترون / القص / التشغيل / الطباعة / التشطيب / التعبئة. المهام الأساسية: ـ إعداد ومتابعة تنفيذ خطط الإنتاج. - الاشراف على العملية الإنتاجية من بداية الصرف من المخزن حتى الوصول الى منتج تام الصنع. ـ يقوم بتوفير المناخ المناسب للعملية الإنتاجية وفيها متابعة توفير الخامات والمعدات اللازمة للإنتاج. ـ متابعة صيانة الماكينات والالات الخاصة بالإنتاج أولا بأول. ـ التقارير اليومية عن موقف الإنتاج والماكينات والمعدات الخاصة بالإنتاج وأيضاً تقارير (الحضور والانصراف والغياب الخاصة بالعاملين تحت إشارفة). ـ مسئول عن تنفيذ المنتجات بالجودة المطلوبة. ـ مسئول عن المشرفين والعاملين. ـ مسئول عن الخامات والمعدات في المصنع. الشروط: السن من 28 الى 35 سنة. العمل يومياً من الساعة 8:00 صباحاً حتى 4:30 مساءً. إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية قراءة وكتابة. إجادة التعامل مع أنظمة التشغيل الالكترونية وشبكة الانترنت. من مقيمين (حلوان - 15 مايو - المعادى - .......... إلخ). التفرغ التام للوظيفة. حاصل على بكالوريوس كلية الفنون التطبيقية (قسم ملابس جاهزة).

تشغيل ماكينة الضغط المستخدمة في تشكيل المنتجات الزجاجية وفقًا لتعليمات التشغيل. ضبط إعدادات الماكينة ومتابعة درجات الحرارة والضغط حسب متطلبات الإنتاج. متابعة عملية تشكيل المنتجات والتأكد من مطابقتها للمواصفات المطلوبة. فحص المنتجات واكتشاف العيوب الناتجة عن عملية التشكيل والإبلاغ عنها. إجراء الفحوصات التشغيلية الأساسية والتأكد من سلامة الماكينة. الإبلاغ عن الأعطال والمشكلات الفنية للمسؤول المباشر. الالتزام بتعليمات السلامة والصحة المهنية والمحافظة على نظافة منطقة العمل.
