Role Description This full-time Application Supervisor .NET (AI/LLM Integration) role is based in Cairo in a hybrid model, with a mix of on-site presence and work-from-home flexibility. The role is responsible for supervising and supporting .NET-based applications, with a focus on integrating AI and large language model capabilities into existing and new systems. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring application performance, overseeing incident resolution, coordinating technical support activities, and guiding troubleshooting for production and pre-production environments. The Application Supervisor collaborates with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure stable, secure, and scalable application services, and contributes to requirements analysis, solution design, and testing of AI/LLM features. The role also involves documenting processes, mentoring team members, communicating with internal stakeholders, and continuously identifying opportunities to improve reliability, usability, and automation across Xceed’s applications. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum 4 years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a senior or leadership role. - Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and REST APIs. - Experience with PostgreSQL or SQL Server. - Good knowledge of React or Angular. - Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies. - Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and LLM integration is a strong advantage. - Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Fluent in English.
