General Description Leads quality activities from receipt of the unit to delivery to the client. Supervises the fulfilment of the quality standards. Manages quality technicians responsible of quality inspections. Job Description Application of the standards and technical specifications defined for the project. Inspections for Quality Assurance in the production processes of the project (mechanical and electrical). NDT welding inspection monitoring. Management of measurement equipment to verify the parameters established to obtain compliance. Development of technical documentation (procedures, templates, reports,...) for control activities. Documentary records in the defined media (physical, digital files). Communicate and/or report deviations from the good practices defined for the processes. Education University education in Engineering / Welding Engineer by the EWF (or equivalent) Recommended knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes or materials. Manage technical standards (EN, AWS, and measurement systems). Qualifications Industrial Quality Management Interpretation of drawings (2D, 3D). Knowledge of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT). Office automation. High level of English. Experience At least 3 years of experience in a similar position. • إجراء وضمان اكتمال الصيانة الوقائية المخططة (PPM) على جميع أعمال نظام ادارة المبانى ذات الصلة يوميًا وأسبوعيًا وشهريًا وكما هو مخطط له. • القيام بتركيب أعمال السباكة. • إجراء عمليات المرور و التفتيش اليومى على كل أعمال السباكة • كشف التسريب ومعالجته ومراقبة مقاييس الضغط • التحقق من تعليق دعامات الصلب من روافد السقف لتثبيت المواسير في مكانها. • مسؤول عن تركيب مجموعات المواسير والتجهيزات والصمامات والأجهزة مثل غسالات الأطباق وسخانات المياه والتركيبات مثل الأحواض والمراحيض ، باستخدام الأدوات اليدوية والكهربائية. • مسؤول عن تركيب أنظمة مواسير المياه والصرف الصحي تحت الأرض. وأيضا ، توصيل التركيبات والسباكة بهذه الأنظمة. • مسؤول عن تجميع أقسام المواسير والأنابيب والتجهيزات ، باستخدام أدوات التوصيل ، والمشابك ، والبراغي ، والمسامير ، والأسمنت ، والمذيبات البلاستيكية. • الاستخدام الآمن و المناسب والمهني للأدوات الكهربائية والآلات اليدوية مثل قواطع المواسير وآلات لولبة المواسير وآلات ثني المواسير • الاستجابة لحالات أعمال السباكة الطارئة ضمن الإطار الزمني المتفق عليه
