Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role for a مسئول مبيعات تامين (Insurance Sales Representative) based in Qesm El Maadi, with some flexibility for working from home. The role involves promoting and selling life and takaful insurance products to individual and corporate clients, identifying customer needs, and explaining suitable coverage options in a clear and ethical manner. Daily tasks include building and maintaining a client portfolio, scheduling meetings and calls, preparing sales proposals, and following up on leads and inquiries. The Insurance Sales Representative will handle policy applications, coordinate with internal teams for underwriting and policy issuance, and ensure accurate documentation. The role also includes meeting sales targets, participating in training and sales campaigns, and representing the company professionally in the Cairo market. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, close deals, and meet or exceed sales targets. Candidates should possess excellent customer service and communication skills, including active listening, clear presentation of insurance products, and professional relationship-building. Candidates should possess basic financial and insurance literacy, with the ability to understand life and takaful insurance concepts, policy terms, and medical coverage options. Candidates should possess good organizational and time-management skills, including managing appointments, handling documentation, and following up on leads efficiently.
