Role Summary The Junior Content Creator produces and supports day-to-day content across social media, web, and marketing channels. They work under the guidance of a senior creator or content lead, turning briefs and ideas into polished, on-brand content while building their skills in strategy, storytelling, and analytics. Key Responsibilities Content production Write captions, short-form copy, blog posts, email text, and video scripts Create or assist with visuals: social graphics, simple video edits, reels/shorts, carousels Adapt one idea into multiple formats and platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X) Planning and execution Follow the monthly content calendar and meet posting deadlines Help brainstorm content ideas, hooks, and trends Schedule and publish posts using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Later Brand and quality Keep tone of voice, visual style, and brand guidelines consistent Proofread and fact-check all content before publishing Apply feedback and revisions quickly Community and performance Monitor comments and messages, and flag important ones to the team Track basic metrics (reach, engagement, saves, clicks) and report weekly Research competitors and trending content in the niche Collaboration Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and account managers Gather client assets and content approvals Requirements Must-have 0 to 2 years of experience (internships, freelance, or personal projects count) Strong writing skills in the required language(s), e.g. Arabic and English for MENA markets Good understanding of social media platforms and current trends Basic design or editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar) Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines A portfolio or sample work (even personal pages or spec work) Nice-to-have Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or After Effects Basic photography or videography skills Familiarity with SEO and hashtag strategy Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics) Experience using AI tools to speed up ideation and drafting Show more
