We're hiring a Pricing Analyst – CX/BPO EXPERIENCE Is A Must. ROLE PURPOSE: The Pricing Expert prices CX opportunities end-to-end: translating client RFP/RFI requirements into solid cost models and competitive commercial proposals. The role requires a real understanding of how a customer operation runs – operations, WFM, training, quality, support functions – and a hands-on use of AI tools to analyze and translate RFP/RFI documents faster and better. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Pricing & Cost Modeling: Build bottom-up pricing models: FTEs, productivity, shrinkage, attrition, ramp, support ratios Structure the right commercial model per deal (per hour, per transaction, per FTE, outcome-based) Run scenarios (volumes, languages, on/near/offshore mix) and secure target margins Ensure pricing meets group margin targets and flag deviations with clear, quantified recommendations RFP/RFI & Bid Support: Translate client requirements (SLAs, volumes, coverage, language mix) into pricing assumptions Use AI tools to parse, summarize, and translate multilingual RFP/RFI documentation Own the pricing sections of proposals, working closely with solutions, operations, and sale Operational Expertise & Governance: Challenge operational assumptions (AHT, occupancy, training duration, attrition) with credibility Cost all layers of the operating model: front-line operations, WFM, training, quality, team leadership, and support functions Continuously improve pricing templates and automate recurring modeling tasks Maintain cost and productivity benchmarks to sanity-check every model Prepare pricing approval materials and support negotiations with rapid what-if analyses PROFILE 2+ years in pricing, solutioning, or commercial finance within the CX / BPO industry Deep knowledge of customer operations models and their cost drivers Advanced Excel / financial modeling skills Hands-on user of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot...) for document analysis and translation English profile: B2 Autonomous, rigorous, comfortable with tight bid deadlines Show more

With over 5 years of hands-on experience, you will be the backbone of our ticketing operations, responsible for issuing, reissuing, and canceling airline tickets while providing expert consultation to our clients. This role requires in-depth knowledge of GDS systems, fare rules, and international ticketing regulations. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior staff and ensuring the highest level of service delivery. Key Responsibilities Ticketing & Reservations: Issue, reissue, reroute, and cancel domestic and international airline tickets across all major carriers. Apply complex fare rules, taxes, and exchange calculations accurately to maximize client value and agency profitability. Handle group bookings, seat assignments, meal requests, and special service requests (SSRs). Manage ticket exchanges, refunds, and involuntary reissues due to schedule changes, cancellations, or irregular operations (IROPS). Customer Service & Consultation: Serve as the primary ticketing expert for walk-in and corporate clients, providing professional advice on the best routes, fare options, and travel policies. Handle complex client inquiries and resolve ticketing-related issues and disputes efficiently. Maintain strong relationships with airline representatives to stay updated on promotions, contract fares, and policy changes. System & Administrative Management: Utilize advanced GDS platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) to manage daily ticketing operations with speed and accuracy. Ensure compliance with IATA regulations and internal quality standards. Maintain accurate records of all transactions, payments, and documentation. Prepare daily sales reports, reconciliation reports, and revenue tracking for management review. Training & Support: Assist in training and mentoring junior ticketing agents on GDS usage, fare construction, and customer service best practices. Support the team by troubleshooting difficult ticketing scenarios and providing technical guidance. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience as an Airline Ticketing Agent, with at least 3 years working in a travel agency or GSA environment. GDS Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Amadeus is mandatory (Sabre or Galileo may be considered, but Amadeus is highly preferred). Education: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business, or a related field is preferred. IATA/UFTAA certification is a strong plus. Knowledge: Deep understanding of international airline fare structures, ticketing timelines, refund policies, and IATA/BSP regulations. Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Strong communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English. Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume transactions during peak seasons.
