Job Purpose: We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to lead and support Oracle E-Business Suite Human Capital Management (HCM) implementations, enhancements, and support initiatives. The role requires strong expertise in Oracle HCM functional processes and technical development, ensuring successful delivery of business solutions that align with client requirements and organizational objectives. Key Accountabilities: Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM solutions. Configure, implement, test, and support Oracle EBS HCM modules. Lead workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution design discussions with stakeholders. Participate in full project lifecycle activities including design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Perform functional setups and system configurations across Oracle HCM modules. Develop and support technical customizations using Oracle technologies and best practices. Design and maintain reports, workflows, interfaces, and data migration activities. Provide expertise in troubleshooting application issues and resolving production support incidents. Prepare functional and technical documentation, test scripts, and user guides. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Conduct user training sessions and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field. Oracle certifications in HCM or EBS technologies are preferred. Strong techno-functional knowledge of Oracle EBS Human Capital Management (HCM). Minimum Experience: 7+ years of experience in Oracle EBS HCM implementation and support projects. Minimum 3 full lifecycle (End-to-End) implementations in Oracle HCM Core modules. Proven experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support. Experience working in client-facing consulting environments. Job-Specific Skills: Strong hands-on experience in: Oracle Core HR Oracle Payroll Oracle Self-Service HR (SSHR) Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) Experience with the following modules is highly preferred: Oracle Performance Management Oracle iRecruitment Succession Planning (SP) Oracle Learning Management (OLM) Compensation & Benefits Strong expertise in User Hooks (SQL/PLSQL).
