Role Description The Pattern Maker is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm 2nd 6 October. This role is responsible for developing, adjusting, and finalizing patterns for a variety of textile and apparel products, ensuring accurate fit and efficient production. Day-to-day tasks include drafting and modifying patterns, translating design concepts into production-ready templates, coordinating fittings, and integrating feedback from designers and production staff. The Pattern Maker will work closely with cutting and sewing teams to resolve technical issues, maintain pattern libraries, and ensure consistency across styles and sizes. The role also involves using manual and computer-aided tools to optimize pattern layout, reduce fabric waste, and support on-time manufacturing. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong pattern design and pattern making skills, including drafting, grading, and modifying patterns for different sizes and styles. Candidates should possess fitting and sewing skills to evaluate garment fit, perform sample adjustments, and communicate practical construction solutions to production teams. Candidates should possess computer-aided design (CAD) skills for pattern development, digital pattern adjustments, and efficient layout planning. Relevant experience in textile or apparel manufacturing, especially in pattern rooms or sample departments, is beneficial. Attention to detail, strong measurement and math skills, and the ability to read and interpret technical specifications are important. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with designers, production supervisors, and sewing staff are valuable. A technical diploma or degree in fashion design, pattern making, garment technology, or a related field is preferred. Show more

Job Purpose Lychee Egypt is seeking an experienced Dairy Production Manager to oversee and optimize manufacturing operations, ensuring production efficiency, consistent product quality, food safety, and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both production and quality management, preferably within the dairy industry, particularly milk, yogurt, and cheese manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily production operations to achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards and delivery schedules. Develop and implement production plans based on demand forecasts and business requirements. Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, efficiency, and resource utilization. Ensure compliance with food safety standards, hygiene requirements, and quality control procedures. Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process to ensure consistency across all batches. Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Procurement teams. Monitor raw material consumption, production yield, waste, and manufacturing costs. Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions. Ensure proper operation and maintenance of production equipment in coordination with the Maintenance team. Lead, coach, and develop production supervisors and operators. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements and company policies. Prepare regular reports on production output, efficiency, waste, downtime, and quality performance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, minimize waste, and enhance productivity. Oversee and manage the factory’s four production sections, ensuring operational efficiency, product quality, and achievement of production targets. Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or Science. Approximately 14+ years of relevant experience in Production and Quality Management. Strong experience in dairy manufacturing, particularly milk, yogurt, or cheese production. Solid understanding of dairy production processes, manufacturing equipment, and quality control systems. Knowledge of food safety and quality management standards, including HACCP, ISO 22000, and GMP. Proven experience managing production teams and achieving manufacturing targets. Strong knowledge of production planning, yield optimization, waste reduction, and cost control. Experience in root-cause analysis and continuous improvement. Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Show more
