Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for leading visual concept development and producing high-quality designs for digital campaigns, branding projects, websites, and social media content. This full-time remote role includes collaborating with marketing strategists, content creators, and developers to translate business objectives into compelling visual assets and design systems. Day-to-day tasks involve creating and refining brand identities, logos, and design guidelines; designing web and mobile interfaces; and preparing graphics and layouts for online advertising, presentations, and marketing collateral. The Senior Creative & Graphic Designer will also review and mentor junior designers, ensure consistency across all visual outputs, and contribute creative input to proposals and client presentations. The role requires regular coordination with cross-functional teams and adherence to timelines and quality standards. Qualifications Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital, print, and social media assets. Demonstrated expertise in Branding and Logo Design, including brand identity systems and guidelines. Proficiency in Web Design, with a focus on UI/UX principles and responsive layouts. Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar). Experience working in a digital marketing or creative agency environment is preferred. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote setting. Strong visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and a portfolio showcasing relevant work. Job Description & Responsibilities: Design, develop, maintain scalable high-performance, secure, and efficient APIs and services using C# .NET and .NET 8. Architect and implement Microservices based solutions to support enterprise applications. Work with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles to create well-structured applications. Develop event-driven systems and implement messaging solutions using RabbitMQ and MassTransit. Optimize database performance and ensure best practices in SQL development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy new features. Utilize and implement design patterns to enhance application maintainability and scalability. Deep understanding and practical experience implementing SOLID principles and Clean Code practices to ensure maintainable, efficient, and scalable software. Strong knowledge of modern design and architectural patterns, including CQRS, Dependency Injection, and Repository Pattern. Proficiency in SQL, including query optimization, indexing, and database performance tuning. Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, or Cassandra and Graph Databases for modeling complex relationships and social interactions. Strong expertise in C# with a deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and implementing Design Patterns using C#.NET. Proficient in LINQ and its practical applications. Solid experience working with .NET Core Framework, including EF Core and ADO .NET Expertise in designing and developing RESTful Web APIs.
