As we continue expanding our presence in Cairo and New Cairo, Egypt, we are looking for someone who can grow with us locally and build long-term relationships with real estate developers, contractors, architects, elevator companies, and project owners. Key Responsibilities Develop new elevator projects and business opportunities in Cairo, New Cairo, and surrounding areas. Build strong relationships with local real estate developers, construction companies, engineering consultants, and elevator partners. Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and ongoing projects. Coordinate between local customers and our technical/factory team in China. Support the development of local sales, installation, maintenance, and after-sales service resources. Help strengthen the XINFUJI brand and expand our market presence in Egypt. Who We’re Looking For Based in Cairo or New Cairo, Egypt. Experience in elevators, construction, engineering, real estate development, or B2B project sales is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills. Arabic required; English is a plus. Familiarity with the local construction industry, elevator market, and project procurement processes is highly valued. The role also involves proactively recommending improvements to processes and strategies to support long-term growth for client accounts. Experience in Operations Management and Account Management, preferably with e-commerce or marketplace platforms. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
