Role Description The Leasing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza, responsible for managing the leasing process and supporting resident satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property tours, explaining lease terms, processing applications, and preparing lease documents. The role involves responding to inquiries, addressing resident concerns, and maintaining regular communication to support resident retention. The Leasing Specialist also updates lease records, coordinates move-ins and renewals, and collaborates with property management to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies. Qualifications Strong resident retention skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive, long-term resident relationships. Customer service skills, including responsiveness, problem-solving, and a service-oriented mindset. Experience with leases and lease administration, including preparing, reviewing, and maintaining lease documents. Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with residents and internal teams. Attention to detail and organizational skills for handling documentation, records, and multiple tasks simultaneously. Basic proficiency in office software and property management systems. Previous experience in leasing, real estate, or property management is beneficial. Ability to work on-site in Giza and collaborate effectively with a diverse team. Show more
