Are you passionate about monitoring, performance, and building reliable systems? We’re looking for 8 Observability Specialists to join a 24/7 shift-based support team and help improve system visibility, alert quality, and service reliability. 🔹 Key Responsibilities Operate and optimize observability platforms. Implement and maintain SLI/SLO monitoring. Improve alert accuracy and reduce unnecessary alerts. Maintain synthetic monitoring and Real User Monitoring (RUM). Apply observability standards across services. 🔹 Requirements 3+ years of experience in Observability or SRE. Hands-on experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry. Strong scripting skills.
