Role Description This is a full-time, on-site General Accountant role based in Alexandria, Egypt. The General Accountant is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, including posting journal entries, reconciling accounts, and preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Daily tasks include managing accounts payable and receivable, monitoring cash flows, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and supporting tax and regulatory compliance. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners, responding to financial inquiries, and contributing to process improvements in accounting and reporting. The General Accountant will work closely with management to provide clear, timely financial insights that support business decisions.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong core accounting skills, including general ledger management, account reconciliation, and financial reporting.
