Job Summary:
Preparation of the credit study for real estate finance files for medium-income clients (self-employed/freelancers - diverse/various categories
Job Responsibilities:
Receive all mortgage finance applications submitted by branches or digital channels.
Review and analyze the documentation for each request in accordance with product parameters and established guidelines.
Ensure full completion and verification of all required paperwork and supporting documents for the file under study.
Verify the applicant's intent to obtain a mortgage through phone verification (tele-investigation) and confirm the authenticity of the submitted documents.
Assess the financial eligibility of clients based on submitted income criteria, maximum permissible Debt-to-Income (DTI) ratios, and applicable regulatory limits.
Prepare comprehensive credit studies for all mortgage cases in strict compliance with the bank's internal credit policies, Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) regulations, and approved product programs.
Issue the credit memorandum and final credit decision for each case following formal approval from the authorized credit committees.
Apply creditworthiness and financial evaluation standards to all applicants seeking real estate financing.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, or an equivalent degree from an accredited Egyptian university.
Certifications: Must have successfully completed the mandatory training courses provided by the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) and the Egyptian Mortgage Federation (EMF).
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in Credit Analysis and Real Estate Finance (Mortgage).
