Role Description The Sales Officer role is a full-time on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt.
The Sales Officer will identify and qualify leads, build and maintain a sales pipeline, and promote JMI Brokers’ trading products and services to prospective and existing clients.
Daily responsibilities include conducting outbound and inbound sales calls, providing product information, explaining trading instruments, and guiding clients through account opening and onboarding processes. The role involves coordinating with internal teams on sales operations, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and supporting channel sales partners where applicable.
The Sales Officer will also deliver high-quality customer service, follow up on inquiries, and ensure that client needs are met in line with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication abilities to support and advise clients effectively.
Knowledge or interest in financial markets, especially Forex and other traded instruments, is highly beneficial.
Good command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken, with clear and professional communication style.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in sales or financial services.
Comfort with using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and online communication platforms; strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
