Position Overview The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for coordinating clinical operations, supporting therapists and clinical staff, and ensuring smooth communication between the clinical team, patients, and management. This role helps maintain efficient workflows, accurate documentation, proper scheduling, and compliance with company procedures. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate daily clinical operations and ensure smooth workflow across assigned locations. * Communicate with Physical Therapists, patients, and management regarding schedules, coverage, and clinical matters. * Monitor therapist schedules, attendance, and coverage needs. * Coordinate coverage for therapist absences and schedule changes. * Follow up with clinical staff to ensure required documentation is completed accurately and on time. * Monitor patient schedules and assist with resolving scheduling conflicts. * Ensure clinical staff follow company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines. * Communicate updates, changes, and important announcements to the clinical team. * Assist management with tracking clinical performance and identifying operational issues. * Address day-to-day concerns raised by therapists or patients and escalate matters when necessary. * Assist with onboarding and orientation of new clinical staff. * Maintain accurate clinical and administrative records. * Coordinate with HR and other departments regarding staffing, attendance, onboarding, and employee-related matters. * Support quality assurance and compliance initiatives. * Perform other clinical coordination and administrative duties as assigned by management. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, Healthcare Administration, or a related healthcare field preferred. * Previous experience in clinical coordination, healthcare administration, or a similar role. * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. * Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling/communication platforms. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
