Company Description Five stars hotel located in Elgiza. Role Description The Director of Engineering – Hospitality Experience is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza. This position oversees the engineering teams responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining hospitality-related systems, platforms, and integrations. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and mentoring engineering managers and software developers, defining technical roadmaps, and coordinating with product, operations, and hospitality experience teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions. The role involves managing end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely execution, quality standards, and alignment with organizational goals. The Director will also be accountable for continuous improvement of engineering practices, technical documentation, and collaboration with stakeholders to refine the guest and user experience.
