وضع خطة العمل داخل المعرض ومتابعة تنفيذها بالشكل الصحيح . تنظيم العمل داخل المعرض و توزيع المهام على جميع منسوبي المعرض . العمل على تحقيق الاهداف البيعية للمعرض. الإشراف على مرافق المعرض بالكامل والتأكد من كفاءة تشغيلها. المتابعة مع الجهات المختلفة داخليا وخارجيا لحل أي مشکلات. متابعة إصدار الفواتير والسندات وطلبات الصرف والتأكد من صحة كل المخرجات. الإشراف و التوجيه و المتابعة و الرقابة على فريق العمل بالمعرض بالكامل. تحديد المتطلبات التدريبية لرجال البيع داخل المعرض لرفع كفاءة الأداء البيعي. تدريب مسؤولين البيع من حيث قدراتهم البيعية بشكل دوري ومستمر. عمل اجتماعات دورية مع مسؤولين المبيعات. تنسيق الأجازات الأسبوعية بين العاملين بالمعرض بما يتوافق مع سياسات المؤسسة. متابعة استلام العملاء لبضائعهم بالتنسيق مع مسؤولين المبيعات. رصد ومتابعة صالة المعرض بصفة مستمرة لمتابعة مسؤولي المبيعات و حركة العملاء. متابعة ومراقبة تطوير أنظمة ومعايير الجودة وإعداد التقارير الفنية حول جودة المعروضات.
