About the Job
الإشراف على جميع أعمال الصيانة بالفروع، والتأكد من جاهزيتها للعمل بكفاءة. وضع وتنفيذ خطط الصيانة الوقائية والدورية، ومتابعة أعمال الصيانة الطارئة. متابعة وصيانة أنظمة الكهرباء والتكييف والتبريد والسباكة والمعدات. إدارة فريق الصيانة والفنيين ومتابعة أداء شركات الصيانة الخارجية. سرعة التعامل مع الأعطال وتقليل فترات توقف التشغيل بالفروع. متابعة تكاليف الصيانة والميزانية وقطع الغيار وعقود الصيانة. التأكد من الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والجودة داخل الفروع. التنسيق مع إدارات التشغيل والمشروعات بشأن تجهيز الفروع الجديدة وأعمال التجديد. إعداد تقارير دورية عن الأعطال وأعمال الصيانة والتكاليف ومعدلات الإنجاز.
