المهام والمسؤوليات: الإشراف الكامل على عمليات المخازن وتنظيم حركة الوارد والمنصرف. متابعة أرصدة المخزون والتأكد من دقة التسجيلات والجرد الدوري. تنظيم عمليات استلام وتخزين وصرف البضائع وفقًا للإجراءات المعتمدة. تطبيق نظام FIFO / FEFO وفقًا لطبيعة المنتجات وتواريخ صلاحيتها. مراقبة تواريخ الصلاحية، وظروف التخزين، ودرجات الحرارة للمنتجات التي تتطلب ذلك. متابعة المخزون الراكد وتقليل الفاقد والتالف. إعداد التقارير الدورية الخاصة بالمخزون والعجز والزيادة. التنسيق مع إدارات المشتريات والمبيعات والتشغيل لضمان توافر المنتجات. الشروط المطلوبة: خبرة عملية سابقة في إدارة المخازن، ويفضل في مجال الأغذية أو اللحوم. إجادة استخدام Excel وبرامج إدارة المخزون. مهارات تنظيمية وقيادية قوية، مع الدقة وتحمل المسؤولية. القدرة على إدارة فريق العمل والالتزام بإجراءات سلامة الغذاء والتخزين. الأمانة والانضباط والقدرة على حل المشكلات.
