GTC for Logistics Solutions – Mansour Group is looking for a Quality & Food Safety Specialist to join our Distribution Center team. Location: Abu Rawash, Giza About the Role Ensure compliance with quality and food safety requirements across dry, chilled, and frozen warehouse operations. The role supports product integrity, cold chain compliance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement in line with company standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulations. Key Responsibilities Conduct daily inspections of products, storage conditions, and operational practices to ensure quality and food safety compliance. Monitor temperatures across warehouses and delivery vehicles, investigate deviations, and follow up on corrective actions. Implement and monitor food safety management systems, HACCP, and good manufacturing, hygiene, and warehousing practices. Follow up on Quality Inspection Program (QIP), DQMP, and customer-specific requirements. Identify and document nonconformities, coordinate product hold and release activities within delegated authority, and escalate critical issues. Investigate quality complaints and food safety incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Participate in internal and external audits and maintain site readiness for customer and regulatory inspections. Maintain accurate quality records, inspection reports, and supporting documentation. Deliver quality and food safety awareness sessions and support relevant emergency response plans. Collaborate with Operations, Warehouse, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to resolve issues and improve compliance. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Food Science, or a related discipline. 2–5 years of experience in quality and food safety. Experience in food operations, cold chain logistics, or FMCG is preferred. Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety management systems, GMP, GHP, and good warehousing practices. Familiarity with quality inspections, root cause analysis, CAPA, and audit requirements. Relevant HACCP, ISO, or food safety training is preferred. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills. الهدف العام من الوظيفة تشغيل الكلارك (رافعة شوكية) واللودر الصغير بكفاءة وأمان لنقل البضائع والمواد الخام وتحميلها وتنزيلها وترتيبها، مع المحافظة على المعدات وتطبيق اشتراطات السلامة المهنية. المهام والمسؤوليات أولاً: المهام التشغيلية تشغيل الكلارك لرفع الباليتات والبضائع ونقلها وتخزينها على الأرفف وفي المساحات المخصصة. تشغيل اللودر الصغير لتحميل المواد السائبة ونقلها وتنظيف الساحات وتسوية الأرض عند الحاجة. تحميل الشاحنات وتفريغها بالتنسيق مع أمين المخزن أو المشرف. ترتيب البضائع وتكديسها وفق تعليمات التخزين والحمولات المسموح بها. تنفيذ أوامر النقل الداخلي بين المخازن وخطوط الإنتاج وساحات التحميل. مساعدة أمين المخزن في الجرد وإعادة التوزيع عند الطلب. ثانياً: الصيانة والمحافظة على المعادات إجراء الفحص اليومي قبل بدء التشغيل (الزيوت، المياه، الإطارات، الفرامل، الشوكات، الأضواء، جهاز التنبيه، البطارية أو الوقود). الإبلاغ الفوري عن أي عطل أو ملاحظة فنية، وعدم تشغيل معدة بها عطل يهدد السلامة. الحفاظ على نظافة المعدة وتعبئة الوقود أو شحن البطارية في الأوقات والأماكن المخصصة. تسجيل ساعات التشغيل وبيانات الفحص اليومي في السجل الخاص. ثالثاً: السلامة والصحة المهنية الالتزام بقواعد السلامة وارتداء معدات الوقاية الشخصية (حذاء السلامة، الخوذة، السترة العاكسة، القفازات). عدم تجاوز الحمولة القصوى للمعدة، وعدم نقل أشخاص على الشوكات أو الجرافة. الالتزام بحدود السرعة داخل الموقع، والتأكد من خلو الطريق من الأفراد قبل الحركة. استخدام الأبواق وأجهزة التنبيه عند الزوايا والمنعطفات والرجوع للخلف. إيقاف المعدة وإنزال الشوكات أو الجرافة وسحب المفتاح عند ترك المعدة. الإبلاغ عن أي حادث أو كاد أن يقع حادث فور حدوثه.
