About the Job
تنفيذ عمليات الفحص اليومي على المواد الخام، القطاعات المعدنية، والمنتجات النهائية. مراجعة رسومات الـ Shop Drawings والمخططات للتأكد من مطابقة التصنيع للمواصفات. استخدام أدوات القياس (Vernier, Micrometer, Welding Gauge) للتحقق من دقة الأبعاد وجودة اللحام. إعداد تقارير الفحص والجودة، وتوثيق أي حالات عدم مطابقة (NCR). متابعة عمليات اللحام، القطع، الثني، والتجميع للتأكد من الالتزام بالـ WPS – Welding Procedure Specification. التنسيق مع فرق الإنتاج والهندسة لتصحيح العيوب وضمان تحسين الجودة. الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والصحة المهنية أثناء عمليات الفحص. المشاركة في عمليات التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي الخاصة بنظام الجودة (ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001). المؤهلات المطلوبة: مؤهل مناسب من ذوي الخبرة. خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال Steel Fabrication / Steel Structure. معرفة جيدة بمعايير اللحام الدولية (AWS, ASME, ISO). القدرة على قراءة وفهم الرسومات الهندسية. إجادة استخدام أدوات القياس والفحص. مهارات إعداد التقارير والقدرة على التواصل مع فرق متعددة.
