Qualifications & Experience Education Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline from an accredited university. At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role managing accounting or finance teams. Previous experience in the construction industry is required. Previous experience working on international or GCC construction projects is required.
