Role Description The Food and Beverage Warehouse Manager (مدير مخازن اغذية و مشروبات) at Five Brothers Hospitality is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations for food and beverage items at the on-site facility in Cairo, Egypt. This full-time role includes managing inventory levels, supervising receiving and dispatching, ensuring correct storage conditions, and maintaining accurate records in line with company and regulatory standards. The manager coordinates with purchasing, kitchen, and service teams to ensure timely and accurate supply of products, monitors stock rotation, and implements loss prevention and cost-control measures. Daily tasks include leading warehouse staff, organizing stock counts, verifying incoming deliveries, enforcing hygiene, safety, and quality procedures, and preparing regular reports on inventory status and warehouse performance. The role also involves optimizing warehouse layout, improving workflows, and supporting audits and inspections. Qualifications Strong inventory management and warehouse operations skills, including stock control, receiving, dispatching, and documentation. Knowledge of food and beverage storage standards, including HACCP principles, temperature control, hygiene, and product rotation (FIFO/FEFO). Proficiency with warehouse management systems or inventory software, and solid Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet skills. Experience supervising warehouse or storekeeping teams, with the ability to train, schedule, and evaluate staff performance. Solid organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are highly beneficial for daily operations in Cairo. Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or a related industry in a warehouse or store management role is preferred.
