The Production Manager coordinates with procurement, maintenance, quality control, and warehouse teams to secure materials, minimize downtime, and optimize production efficiency. The Production Manager will work closely with senior management to align production capacity with business goals and customer demand. Qualifications Strong production management experience, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring manufacturing processes in an industrial or food/feed environment. Proficiency in quality assurance and control practices, with familiarity in safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance standards relevant to feed or food production. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, including supervising staff, organizing shifts, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with capability to interpret production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement process optimization initiatives.
