This role serves as the second-in-command within the HR function and plays a key role in shaping organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, reward strategy, and HR governance. The successful candidate will act as a strategic business partner to senior leadership while ensuring operational excellence across all HR disciplines.
