فحص وتشخيص وصيانة أعطال شاشات التلفزيون بجميع أنواعها (LCD, LED, Smart)، وتغيير قطع الغيار التالفة وكارتات الشاشة بدقة وعناية، لضمان تقديم خدمة صيانة متميزة وموثوقة لعملاء المؤسسة. المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية: تشخيص الأعطال: فحص الشاشات الواردة وتحديد المشاكل والأعطال بدقة (أعطال باكهات اللدات، الباور، كارتات المين، البانل). إجراء الصيانة: تغيير قطع الغيار التالفة والإضاءة الخلفية (اللدات) وإصلاح الدوائر الإلكترونية بمهارة واحترافية. اختبار الجودة: تشغيل الشاشات واختبار كفاءتها لفترة كافية بعد الصيانة للتأكد من زوال العطل تماماً قبل تسليمها للعميل. إدارة قطع الغيار: تحديد قطع الغيار المطلوبة للصيانة وطلبها من المخزن، والحفاظ على الأدوات والمعدات الخاصة بالورشة. التنسيق الداخلي: إبلاغ مسؤول خدمة العملاء بتكلفة الصيانة وحالة الأجهزة لتحديث العملاء أولاً بأول. المتطلبات والشروط: الخبرة: خبرة عملية سابقة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال صيانة شاشات التلفزيون وLCD/LED (يفضل من عمل بورش صيانة معتمدة أو مراكز خدمة معروفة). المعرفة الفنية: معرفة قوية بقراءة المخططات الإلكترونية واستخدام أجهزة القياس والفحص (الأفوميتر، الهوت إير، الكاوية). المؤهل الدراسي: دبلوم فني (إلكترونيات/صناعي) أو مؤهل مناسب مع وجود الخبرة العملية. المهارات الشخصية: الأمانة المهنية التامة، الدقة المتناهية في التعامل مع الشاشات الحساسة، والالتزام بتسليم الأجهزة في المواعيد المحددة. المميزات والحوافز: راتب اساسي وثابت + حوافز ونسب إضافية على كمية وجودة الصيانة (تُحدد بناءً على الخبرة في المقابلة). توفير كافة المعدات والأدوات الحديثة وقطع الغيار اللازمة للعمل. بيئة عمل مستقرة ومريحة داخل المؤسسة.
