Job Purpose Operate and support all civil and fire protection daily maintenance activities along with facilities management in LRT stations and buildings to enhance smooth operations and ensure maintenance reliability. Responsibilities/Duties Profil de candidat recherché : Operational Support & Maintenance Execution Assist Facility Management Engineers with daily work activities to enhance efficiency and reliability of LRT buildings and stations maintenance. Operate according to business needs and roster planning. Diagnose reported faults and execute maintenance and repair action plans under the guidance of Facility Management Engineers. Perform technical tasks including painting, plumbing, gypsum works, metal works, concrete and masonry repairs, fire protection tasks, tiling, and monitoring housekeeping activities. Monitoring & Quality Assurance Monitor and report the performance of fire protection subcontractors to ensure tasks are completed properly. Apply proper checklist regulations to ensure equipment availability and reliability during maintenance activities. Monitor and ensure the implementation of housekeeping activities in LRT Bader Depot as required. Resource Management Optimize maintenance processes through proper utilization of tools and spare parts. Ensure the availability of tools and spare parts in the warehouse and report any shortages promptly. Reporting & Documentation Prepare statistical maintenance reports on a regular basis (daily, weekly, monthly). Compliance & Safety Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, following safety rules and permits as instructed. Safety Responsibilities Promote a positive safety culture within the workplace and attend any safety-related meetings or briefings as required within the job role. Comply with the requirements of RDMC RQHSE Policy and Safety Management System. Be mindful that Safety, Security, and Environmental protection are everyone’s responsibility. Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, taxation, import/export documentation, and statutory compliance for our Egypt operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Egyptian accounting and tax regulations, along with experience in import/export and logistics-related financial processes. Key Responsibilities Accounting & Finance Maintain day-to-day accounting records, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses, and journal entries. Prepare bank, supplier, customer, and intercompany reconciliations. Manage accounts payable and receivable, monitor collections, and assist in monthly and year-end financial closing. Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate accounting records. Import, Export & Shipping Accounting Review and maintain import/export and shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, airway bills, customs declarations, and related documents. Coordinate with logistics teams, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and clearing agents to ensure timely shipment processing. Record and verify landed costs, including product cost, freight, customs duties, clearance charges, insurance, and other logistics expenses. Maintain shipment-wise costing and ensure proper accounting of import/export transactions. Ensure compliance with Egyptian import/export regulations and documentation requirements. Taxation & Compliance Prepare and support VAT, withholding tax, income tax, and corporate tax filings in accordance with Egyptian regulations. Ensure timely payment of statutory obligations and maintain tax records. Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities during audits and compliance reviews. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in trading, import/export, logistics, or distribution companies. Strong knowledge of Egyptian accounting standards, VAT, withholding tax, income tax, and corporate tax. Experience with import/export procedures, customs documentation, and shipment costing. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting software.
