The Senior Structural Design Engineer leads the structural design process for complex projects, delivering technical expertise and ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards. The role requires a strong background in structural analysis and design, proficiency in design software, and experience mentoring and guiding junior engineers. Key Responsibilities Review and approve structural designs, drawings, and calculations submitted by external design consultants. Job Specification (qualifications) Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. A Master’s degree is a plus. Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly preferred. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in structural design engineering, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Proficiency in ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design and analysis software. Strong knowledge of structural systems, including steel, concrete, masonry, and timber.
